• obtain market value for vehicles by going into Kelly Blue Book/NADA
• perform online searches for property liens, civil and criminal records
• Any amendments to the plan and/or schedules required by the Trustee for confirmation

Flat Rate Fees:

Chapter 7 (1-50 debts) $350.00
Emergency Chapter 7, 13 (24 Hours) $50.00 extra.
Chapter 13 with plan $450.00

Monitoring Case Activity on Pacer $50.00
Drafting Motions or Document Preparation $30 each
